How do I start playing on ComeWin VIP?
Download the official APK and register with your mobile number. Pick an upcoming match, use your 100-credit budget to select 11 players, and choose a contest that fits your bankroll. For beginners, low-entry Head-to-Head (H2H) contests or guaranteed VIP win rooms offer the best starting ground.
Do I need to pay to play?
No. You can play indefinitely in free practice contests to refine your drafting skills. Once you're confident, you can join cash contests starting from as low as ₹1. Use your sign-up bonus to experiment with paid contests without touching your deposit balance.

Is ComeWin VIP legal in India?
Fantasy cricket is classified as a 'Game of Skill' by the Supreme Court of India, making it 100% legal in most states. However, residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim are restricted by state laws and cannot participate in paid cash contests.
Is my data safe on ComeWin VIP?

Gameplay

How do I create my fantasy team?
Resource allocation is your key to winning. You must pick 1-4 Wicket-Keepers, 3-6 Batsmen, 1-4 All-Rounders, and 3-6 Bowlers within a strict 100-credit limit. Always prioritize in-form All-Rounders and death-over Bowlers—they consistently generate the highest fantasy point yields.
What is the credit system?
It forces you to balance your squad instead of buying all superstar players. Player prices range from 7 to 10.5 credits. To win, you must scout 'budget picks' (players priced around 8 credits who are likely to overperform), which frees up budget to afford premium captains.
Can I create multiple teams for one match?
Yes, and it is highly recommended for Grand Leagues. You can submit up to 20 teams per match, covering multiple extreme scenarios like top-order collapses or bowling-dominated matches.
What happens if a player does not play?
A player who does not feature in the match scores 0 points. Always check the confirmed XI 30 minutes before the deadline. This is the most common mistake that eliminates casual users from the prize pool.

Payments & Withdrawals

How do withdrawals work?
Withdraw directly to your verified UPI ID or bank account. Processing takes under 60 seconds. Minimum withdrawal is ₹100. There are no hidden fees or processing charges.
What payment methods are supported?
We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Technical & Account

The app is not installing on my phone. What should I do?
Make sure you have enabled "Install from Unknown Sources" in your phone settings (Settings > Security > Unknown Sources). The APK requires Android 6.0 or higher. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and re-download the APK from our official website. Do not install APKs from third-party sources.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Open the app and tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Verify the OTP and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support with your KYC documents for account recovery.
Can I change my registered mobile number?
For security reasons, you cannot change your registered mobile number directly in the app. Contact our support team with a valid government ID proof and your new mobile number. The change will be processed within 24 hours after verification.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Withdrawals may be rejected for the following reasons: (1) Your KYC is not complete — upload PAN card and bank details. (2) The withdrawal amount is below ₹100. (3) Your UPI ID or bank account details are incorrect. (4) There are suspicious activity flags on your account. Contact support for clarification on your specific case.

Referrals & Promotions

How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral code from the "Refer & Earn" section. When a friend registers using your code, completes KYC, and joins their first paid contest, you both receive ₹100 bonus cash. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
Can I combine multiple bonuses?
Yes, you can use welcome bonus, referral bonus, and promotional bonus simultaneously. However, each bonus has its own release conditions. Check the "My Bonuses" section in the app to track the release status of each bonus chunk.
